St. Mark's Episcopal Church

Acoustical wall panels provided the finishing touches on the St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Bay City, Texas.  Learn how the acoustical treatment was designed to fit seamlessly with the architectural design of the space allowing visitors the best experience possible in this serene retreat of the church.

When the Savanna Franklin from St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Bay City, Texas called All Noise Control to help them solve their noise control issues for a parish hall at their church. They need to quiet the noise on both sides of their large room.

Ensuring proper acoustics was a crucial element to reducing distractions and allows visitors to connect with the natural beauty, peaceful atmosphere and the comforting hospitality that the center has become recognized for providing to its visitors.

Due to the particular pitch of the roof, All Noise Control was faced with problem that the ceiling was designed to be angled. In order to accomplish their goal, All Noise Control provided St. Mark’s Episcopal Church with a solution of angle cut ANC-3000 1" acoustical wall panels.

After the ANC-3000 1” acoustical wall  panels were installed, it dramatically reduced reverberation and felt very intimate and warm within the chapel, while at the same time allowing visitors to experience all the beauty of the natural surroundings.

The church was very satisfied with the wall panels and stated "the panels have helped immensely with our noise and echo problem. They are beautiful as well as functional".

Alpha Packaging, Inc. Jacksonville, Florida

The Alpha Packaging, located in Jacksonville, FL, was searching for a solution for a growing noise from high pressure compressors in their warehouse. An excessive level of noise from the compressors was causing concerns and complaints from Alpha Packaging employees.

Treatment Provided

All Noise Control met these challenges by developing a custom solution using the ANC-AB13 2" thick acoustic blanket with 1# non-reinforced vinyl barrier to create a 4 sided enclosure including a floor mounted heavy duty double track system.

Results

Alpha Packaging decided to implement our recommendations and to enclose the Compressors with an acoustic blanket with 1# non-reinforced vinyl barrier. The noise complaints from the employees ceased, and management had achieved its noise reduction goals and very pleased with the results..

Excelon/Limerick Generating

Customer called All Noise Control to help them solve their noise control issues with a generator that needed to be quieter. After discussing their application, All Noise Control provided them with a solution of the ANC-AB12 2" non-reinforced acoustical blanket/curtain system to form a 4 sided enclosure measuring: 96" x 120" x 96" high with one 4' x 10' opening on the 10' side. This enclosure was for an indoor application to enclose a generator.

Excelon was pleased with the entire solution and experienced a significant drop in decibels making that area of the plant more manageable and safer for workers.

Theta Pro2Serve Management Company Contacted All Noise Control to provide them with ceiling tiles for their existing drop in ceilings. After receiving the sizes and dimensions, All Noise Control provided a solution using ANC-1010 1 this Fiberglass ceiling tiles 2mil. White pebble grain facing.

The customer placed the order, installed the product and is very pleased with the results.

Nason Construction

Nason Construction contacted All Noise Control to help stop the noise traveling above ceilings from room to room in a health care facility they were working on. Nason Construction had a ceiling tiles in place and after receiving all the information and sizes of the area, All Noise Control provided a solution using ANC-CTBF Acoustical Ceiling tile Barriers Melamine, class 1 fire rated foam 1' thick bonded to a 1/8" thick 1# vinyl barrier which lay above existing ceiling tiles.

Nason Construction is very pleased with the results.
