Goodman Manufacturing operates high-output HVAC
manufacturing and testing facilities where large air handling
units, extensive ductwork, and mechanical piping systems
operate continuously to support production, assembly, and
quality control processes. These systems are essential for
maintaining stable temperatures, proper airflow, and
consistent manufacturing conditions. However, as operations
expanded, mechanical noise and vibration began traveling
through ducting and piping networks, affecting adjacent work
areas and overall acoustic comfort. In addition, thermal
inefficiencies within the HVAC infrastructure contributed to
energy loss and increased maintenance demands. To address

acoustic and insulation solution.
