Anechoic Chambers Noise Control

Anechoic chambers is a room which is acoustically designed to completely absorb reflections of either sound
Anechoic chambers or anechoic rooms are used in testing-type environments to achieve free field conditions. Through the use of innovative soundproofing products and configurations, these anechoic rooms must be completely free from feedback, resonance, and all reverberation.
There are standard 6” and 8” anechoic wedge foam products with lightweight, innovative design which increases the surface area for superior acoustical performance. The panels are seamlessly installed and can achieve a continuous panel look when installed.
All Noise Control’s anechoic soundproofing foams are used across many types of environments from hard goods manufacturing rooms to government applications. A list of industries in which this type of technology that can be successfully applied are automotive, electronics, aerospace, research, government & manufacturing.
Installation Instructions:  The standard installation technique includes adhering these panels directly to any smooth wall service with a caulking gun and any silicone adhesive. One tube of glue for every four sheets or one tube for every 32 sq. ft. Also, adhering the foam to plywood first, and then bolting the plywood to the wall provides mobility of the material.
Also mounting the foam on plywood design to “free-stand” near a noise source can give you a portable noise control screen that can be moved out of the way.
