Two Mezzanines:
A boat top manufacturing company needed to efficiently expand their production capabilities at their Vonore, TN plant. They chose to add additional workspace with a mezzanine system from All Noise Control.

With the growth of their business and the decision to consolidate production space at one corporate location, the company needed to significantly expand their revenue-producing square footage in their Vonore, TN manufacturing facility.

They turned to All Noise Control to expand an existing mezzanine level and accommodate more workstations.

With just over a month to complete the project from concept to installation, All Noise Control expanded the existing mezzanine, tying the two together to create a continuous and complete level of production space.
Project Specs:
One 27’x98’ and one 13’x72’ mezzanine added to the existing mezzanine. OSHA-qualified stairs and handrails, with a 125 psf live load capacity. 22-gauge steel deck sub-surface with 3/4” tongue and groove Advantek finished deck. Professional installation was coordinated by J.R.’s Projects.
