Overwiew
Cone & Graham, Inc. manages large commercial and industrial
construction sites with multiple high-noise operations,
including heavy machinery, mechanical equipment, material
handling, and structural assembly. The combination of
airborne and structure-borne noise created a challenging
environment that could impact worker safety, communication,
and productivity.
To address this, Cone & Graham, Inc. relied on All Noise Control
and its Soundproof Fence Barrier to provide a fully enclosed
noise barrier and high-performance acoustic solution. The
system effectively reduced noise exposure, maintained
regulatory compliance, protected workers’ hearing, and
minimized the impact on surrounding areas, all while being
lightweight, easy to install, UV/mold/weather resistant, and
compatible with existing fencing.

CHALLENGE
Cone & Graham, Inc. managed multiple high-noise operations
simultaneously across a large industrial construction site,
creating complex acoustic challenges. The project required
modular sound barrier walls that could be repositioned as work
zones changed while still delivering consistent sound
reduction. The materials had to resist oil, fluids, vermin, and
environmental exposure, ensuring long-term performance in
demanding industrial conditions.

Â
All Noise Control deployed Soundproof Fence Barrier panels to
form fully enclosed noise barriers around key high-noise zones.
Acting as industrial noise barriers, sound blocking panels, and
acoustic noise barriers, the system reduced direct and
reflected noise while remaining versatile and portable.
Each 1/8′′ thick panel features a soundproof membrane,
absorption core, and brass eyelets every six inches for secure
attachment. Panels are impervious to water, vermin-proof,
non-mold, and paintable or printable for site messaging.
Heavy-duty nylon ties allow lightweight & easy install
deployment without special tools, while roll-up storage makes
the system reusable across multiple phases.
