Central Florida Industrial Services operates large-scale
industrial facilities where heavy machinery, loading docks, and
HVAC systems generate constant high-decibel noise. Sound
traveled freely across operational areas, impacting employee
focus, workplace safety, and overall productivity.
To address these challenges, All Noise Control installed
ImpactaCore® ANC-AB2DC Acoustic Door Blankets, delivering
a flexible, high-performance solution for industrial and
commercial doorways. These soundproof door blankets
provided effective noise control without permanent
construction or operational downtime, allowing the facility to
maintain productivity while enhancing acoustic comfort.
CHALLENGE
Industrial doors and access points in the facility allowed noise
from heavy machinery, loading docks, and mechanical systems
to escape into hallways and office areas, creating constant
distractions for employees. This elevated stress levels, reduced
focus, and increased exposure to hazardous sound levels. The
facility needed a solution that could effectively block airborne
noise, withstand harsh industrial conditions, and be easily
installed, repositioned, or expanded as operational layouts
evolved. At the same time, it had to comply with OSHA and
local noise regulations without disrupting daily operations.
SOLUTION
All Noise Control installed ImpactaCore® ANC-AB2DC acoustic
door blankets, a heavy-duty, industrial-grade soundproofing
solution engineered for large commercial and industrial
doorways. The unique barrier septum configuration combines
the benefits of sound absorbers and noise barriers in one
panel, effectively reducing sound transmission.
The ImpactaCore® ANC-AB2DC consists of a non-reinforced 1-
lb per sf sound barrier paired with 2” fiberglass sound
absorbers. Grommets and hook-and-loop fasteners allow easy
installation, repositioning, and flexible acoustic coverage. Rolls
measure 48” wide x 25’ long and are available in gray, white,
black, or tan. With fire-rated, weather- and impact-resistant
materials, the ImpactaCore® ANC-AB2DC provides industrial
noise control blankets that can be easily reconfigured as facility
layouts change, delivering effective, high-performance noise
reduction without operational downtime.
