Expanding in size and capability every year, they were experiencing growing pains and needed to move to a much larger facility. All Noise Control helped them make this transition in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.
Challenge:
Company X had outgrown their current plant and wanted to incorporate their existing All Noise Control mezzanines into their new facility.
Solution:
All Noise Control worked closely with key personnel to determine the space needs for their new plant. These requirements, along with the materials from the existing mezzanines, were factored in as All Noise Control designed a space solution for the new facility.
All Noise Control Delivers:
All Noise Control redesigned a mezzanine for a new location by repurposing parts from the original mezzanine projects and adding new materials. The new mezzanine featured a completely different configuration and a substantial increase in size.
Project Specs:
A 135′ x 50′ “L” shaped mezzanine, created by combining 3 existing All Noise Control mezzanines relocated from the old facility with 2 new All Noise Control mezzanines. OSHA stairs and handrails, with a 125 psf live load capacity. 22-gauge steel deck sub-surface with 1/8” steel diamond plate decking.
