Overwiew
NASA required modular cleanroom solutions to support highly
sensitive aerospace research and prototype testing. Their
operations demanded a controlled, contamination-free
environment with minimal noise interference to ensure precise
testing and equipment integrity. Given the ongoing activity in their
research facilities, NASA also needed solutions that could be
installed quickly without disrupting existing workflows or critical
projects.
CHALLENGE
The project faced several obstacles: ensuring ISO Class 5–7
compliance, controlling vibrations and noise from surrounding
operations, and deploying a modular cleanroom solution rapidly
while maintaining operational continuity. NASA’s teams required a
workspace that could support high-precision aerospace research
and allow future reconfigurations without major construction.

All Noise Control designed and delivered soundproof modular
cleanrooms with high STC-rated wall panels, advanced
HEPA/ULPA filtration systems, and positive pressure airflow to
prevent contamination. The modular layouts were customized
to accommodate specialized equipment, sensitive testing
areas, and future expansion. Prefabricated units were installed
with minimal downtime, ensuring seamless integration into
NASA’s active research facilities.
