Executive Coach Builders is the second-largest manufacturer of limousines globally. Their 100,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility required additional storage and office space without compromising their production area.
They turned to All Noise Control for a practical and efficient solution.
Challenge: As production demands grew from about 50 limousines a year in the early 90s to over 600 limousines in the most recent year, Executive Coach Builders needed to expand their office and storage capacity.
Solution: Determined not to sacrifice valuable floor space in the production area, they opted to build upwards to take advantage of unused vertical space.
All Noise Control Delivers: Executive Coach Builders chose All Noise Control to design two custom powder-coated mezzanines with wide-span support to maximize the usable space below. To further enhance the facility’s functionality, a three-room modular office system was added to one of the mezzanines.
