Gerber’s manufacturing facilities produce baby food and infant nutrition products at scale. The production and packaging areas contain noisy machinery, conveyor systems, and refrigeration units, creating high ambient noise levels that affected employee comfort,communication, and safety. Gerber sought a solution that could reduce noise without disrupting production or compromising hygiene standards.
CHALLENGE
The fast-paced production environment generated significant noise that impacted worker communication and concentration. Prolonged exposure to elevated noise levels increased fatigue and stress. Additionally, any acoustic solution needed to comply with strict food production safety standards and be resistant to

IMPLEMENTATION
All Noise Control installed industrial-grade acoustic ceiling baffles above the production and packaging lines. The baffles were designed to absorb mid- and high-frequency sound, targeting areas with the highest noise levels. Installation was scheduled during production downtime to ensure minimal disruption, and
materials were selected for durability, hygiene compliance, and low maintenance.

RESULTS
