Cold Roll Mezzanines

A cold-rolled mezzanine is constructed using sheet metal bent into C-channel beams, which connect to tubular steel or tapered columns for structural support.

However, cold-rolled mezzanine systems have limitations:

  1. Restricted Column Spacing – Typically limited to 10’–15′ maximum.
  2. Lower Load Capacity – They cannot support high live loads or heavily concentrated point loads like structural steel mezzanines.

Despite these constraints, cold-rolled mezzanines provide a durable, budget-friendly solution, ideal for projects prioritizing weight reduction and cost efficiency.
