Overwiew
Central Florida Dance Center required improved acoustic
separation to manage noise generated by high-energy dance
instruction and music-driven classes. Sound transfer between
studios limited the ability to conduct concurrent sessions. To
improve interior sound control while maintaining layout
flexibility, the center partnered with All Noise Control to install
ANC-390 soundproof accordion doors.
These systems serve as soundproof doors interior, providing
dependable interior door sound insulation in active studio
environments.

CHALLENGE
Persistent noise transfer disrupted instruction and student
concentration. The facility required noise proof doors, sound
dampening doors, and sound resistant doors capable of
withstanding continuous daily use. A flexible soundproof
sliding door–style solution with verified acoustic performance
was needed.
SOLUTION
Â
All Noise Control installed ANC-390 accordion doors
engineered for effective sound proofing a door with a tested
STC 39 rating. These internal sound proof doors feature an all-
steel frame and hinges, ensuring durability in high-traffic
studios.
The system offers manual or electric operation, a compact 9″
(229 mm) stack width, and finish options in vinyl, fabric, or
carpet. Designed for large studio openings, the ANC-390
supports widths up to 50′ (15,240 mm) and heights up to 16′
(4,877 mm). The 3.25 lbs./sq. ft. hanging weight delivers reliable
door sound proofing without the need for permanent walls.
