International Paper operates large-scale paper manufacturing
facilities supported by extensive ducting and piping systems
that run continuously throughout production areas. High noise
levels and thermal inefficiencies from these systems were
traveling through existing duct wrap and pipe wrap networks,
contributing to elevated sound exposure and energy loss
across the facility. These conditions affected employee comfort,
communication, and overall operational efficiency. To address
both noise and insulation concerns without disrupting
production, International Paper partnered with All Noise
Control to implement the ANC-B10LAG1 acoustical pipe and
duct wrap, improving acoustic performance while enhancing
thermal efficiency throughout the systemz.
