Challenge:
To create a safe and efficient work platform around the C-5 cargo plane that would eliminate the need for multiple lifts during a major overhaul.
Solution:
A 20’ tall mezzanine system. This custom 16,311 sq. ft. structure had to be built to within 1/8” or less variation in the level of the deck, which required custom column lengths to accommodate an uneven floor. The deck was equipped with unique fixed stanchions.
