The resurgence of the automotive industry brought new life to this Tennessee plant. Nemak needed to accommodate increased customer orders by freeing up additional space for rack storage. They turned to All Noise Control and KMH Systems to create the ideal solution.
Challenge: As a global leader in automotive aluminum products, Nemak faced the challenge of needing more storage space to keep up with rising customer demand. The increased production meant space was becoming limited. The facility also operated 1500-degree furnaces to melt the aluminum used for cylinder heads, making installation tricky due to the factory’s temperatures regularly exceeding 110 degrees.
Solution: To tackle this, Nemak consulted KMH Systems, who recommended an elevated office system for personnel, with ample space underneath for the necessary rack storage.
All Noise Control Delivers: KMH Systems selected All Noise Control to design, manufacture, and install a modular office system atop a 16-foot tall mezzanine. The entire system was completed within a month of the purchase order.
