DYNAMIC TESTING WAS EXPERIENCING SERIOUS NOISE ISSUES, AND CAME TO US TO PROVIDE A SOLUTION FOR (2) 4-SIDED ENCLOSURES.
THE OBJECTIVE WAS TO OUTLINE SOUNDPROOFING BLANKET MATERIAL TO TESTING ENCLOSURES, TO GIVE AN OVERALL STC RATING OF 29, WHICH WOULD REDUCE THE DB RATING BY 15-20 DECIBELS.

Somers Maximum Security Prison needed a room where a judge, witnesses and Inmates would gather for a trial at the facility. The room chosen, surrounded by glass, needed acoustical treatment. All Noise Control Quilted Fiberglass Absorbers were chosen to surround the top perimeter.

Quilted Fiberglass Absorbers are soft, porous, open celled materials that are used to reduce the reflection of sound waves. As a result, reverberation time and ambient noise levels are reduced thereby improving communication in the room.

Powertech Interiors contacted All Noise Control; they need to find a product that reduces sound from transmitting through walls, floors, and ceiling. As well as soundproofing an existing spaces. Weyerhaeuser Company contacted All Noise Control to discuss their soundproofing issues and All Noise Control came up to a conclusion that ANC-AB110EXT- R2 would be best fit for that project. This product is a sound absorber and used for an outdoor application. Which means that it is UV resistant, and had a maximum durability. This product is typically use as modular curtains on long – term construction or just a permanent outdoor application such as enclosing HVAC equipment. This product is two inch thick, vinyl coated polyester faced one-inch quilted fiberglass and one pound per square foot reinforced loaded vinyl barrier. This will help for sound absorption.
