Below we note which blanket is used for particular sample and specialty applications. The size or location of your application, or the level of unwanted noise is truly no match for our noise reduction blanket materials. Our barriers are highly noise absorbent and designed to absorb unwanted sound reflection in a variety of applications.

Vinyl Barrier Acoustic Material. This high density thin, weighted barrier, constructed of non reinforced high temperature fused vinyl with no lead filters. Weighs one pound per square foot and is 1/8″ thick. Apply to block transmission of sound through walls, floors, and ceilings. Also effective as a pipe and duct wrap to damper vibrations and reduce noise. Also available in a reinforced version designed to sustain it’s own vertical weight for suspension.

Industrial Portable Acoustic Screens and Enclosures offer complete mobility for maximum accessibility. Both offer rugged all-welded steel tube frames and optional heavy duty caster. While most applications require our high performance acoustical composite panels, QFA sound absorption panels are also available.

All Noise Control’s Acoustical Door Cover Panels are designed to be attached to any existing door to significantly improve the sound transmission loss ability of the door and its frame. Acoustical door cover panels overlap the door and extend beyond the frame to prevent acoustical leaks. They have a cut out for the door handle, slits to fit around the hinges and Velcro sewn onto the back for quick and easy installation

Noise Reduction Blankets & Sound Curtain SystemsThese blankets are cut to 4′ width X custom length, or available in any custom size required (custom slits, holes patches, windows, strip curtains and more can more can be sewn in to your order). These blankets are grommetted across their tops and velcroed down both sides for interconnection. Boasting average 20 to 40+ decibel level drops, these self hanging blankets are suspended either from a ceiling or floor mounted frame.

Finding effective methods of noise control is an ongoing concern in many manufacturing and industrial settings. This is because excessive noise levels and environmental vibrations can have negative long-term consequences for both human beings and sensitive equipment.

Foot Fall Underlayment and the flooring material to be installed must acclimatize, in their sealed packaging, in the room where they are installed for at least 48 hours, at a temperature of at least 65° F. Before starting your installation of Foot Fall, make sure the sub floor is permanently dry and free of dirt, dust, grease, and other foreign matter. Trapped moisture may cause wood to rot. Foot Fall may be glued down to sub floor, though not required. If an adhesive is to be used, we recommend CX-941 polyurethane adhesive. A V-notched trowel and 50-100 lb. carpet roller will be required.
