Surface Preparation
Surface must be structurally sound, clean, dry and free from dirt, oil sealers or any contaminants that would prevent a good bond. QuietFloor must acclimatize in their sealed packaging for 48 hours at a temperature of 65 degrees.

All Noise Control’s Acoustical Door Cover Panels are designed to be attached to any existing door to significantly improve the sound transmission loss ability of the door and its frame. Acoustical door cover panels overlap the door and extend beyond the frame to prevent acoustical leaks. They have a cut out for the door handle, slits to fit around the hinges and Velcro sewn onto the back for quick and easy installation

Finding effective methods of noise control is an ongoing concern in many manufacturing and industrial settings. This is because excessive noise levels and environmental vibrations can have negative long-term consequences for both human beings and sensitive equipment.

Foot Fall Underlayment and the flooring material to be installed must acclimatize, in their sealed packaging, in the room where they are installed for at least 48 hours, at a temperature of at least 65° F. Before starting your installation of Foot Fall, make sure the sub floor is permanently dry and free of dirt, dust, grease, and other foreign matter. Trapped moisture may cause wood to rot. Foot Fall may be glued down to sub floor, though not required. If an adhesive is to be used, we recommend CX-941 polyurethane adhesive. A V-notched trowel and 50-100 lb. carpet roller will be required.
