Work Skills Corporation based in Brighton, Michigan, contacted All Noise Control, to provide them with a resolution to their noise issue. All Noise Control assisted with the noise problem that they were having. The most expedient way to help reduce the noise was with the ANC-AB2: Acoustic Quilted Fiberglass Absorption Blankets. Once we discussed their application, All Noise Control provided Work Skills Corporation with the product:
Quilted Fiberglass Absorbers reduce the reflection of sound waves by adding soft, porous, open-celled materials to any environment. All Noise Control’s ANC-AB2-2 consists of a vinyl-coated-fiberglass-cloth facing on both sides of two-inch thick quilted fiberglass. Wall panels and overhead baffles constructed with all edges bound and grommets across the top. Rolls are available 4’ wide x 25’ long and can be supplied with edges bound or unbound.

The ANC-900 is the best to solve any reverberation problems, in any large space. Our acoustical PVC Wrapped Wall Panels are lightweight; Class A fire-rated and available in various colors and sizes to meet any acoustical needs. Brendan Wood International contacted All Noise Control to help them solve noise control issues in their office located in Toronto, ON. After discussing their application All Noise Control provided Brendan Wood international with a solution of ANC-3000 to block and absorb noise coming through their mechanical equipment and through several openings.

Noise Reduction Blankets

While the Anc-3000 Wall panel is our standard noise absorption panel, it’s a perfect retrofit for virtually any application that is not in the path of high abuse areas. The rigid fiberglass fabric wrapped panel can be use aesthetically to absorb sound and significantly reduce and shorten the echo in rooms with substantial volume. Besides the selection of Guilford of Main colors, designer and customer specified fabrics are available for ordering.

Material typically required to complete installation: ANC-AB12, self-tapping screws or nails appropriate for substrate, or other framing material (optional)
1. Determine the area to be covered.
2. If the material is provided in bound pieces (no grommets or Velcro along any edge)
– Using a self-tapping screw that is appropriate for the substrate screw directly through the ANC-AB12 material into the wall or framing material.
– You may use a washer, between the screw and the ANC-AB12, to help secure the material in place

The Problem…
No matter what region we are industrialization always seems to be present. In Portland Oregon, Northwest Natural Gas Company had natural gas pipe that became a noise issue as the noise emitted from the pipe traveled easily across the open farmlands.
Northwest’s pipe was a 3′ x 10′ x 3′ exposed natural gas pipe. Mr. Camarillo, of Northwest Gas, was familiar with acoustic blankets and considering a purchase. After All Noise Control received simple sketches done by hand, they immediately knew a more effective product was available called acoustic wrap barrier. This solution offered better sound isolation and a more cost effective, weather proof material for this application.

GE Aviation contacted All Noise Control to help them solve noise control issues in their Plant located in Mcallen, TX. After discussing their application All Noise Control provided GE Aviation with a solution of ANC-AB12 to block and absorb noise coming from their mechanical equipment and through several openings.

Manufacturing Facility contacted All Noise control to Reduce noise levels generated by a Sweco deburrer that was operating at 85 dB (A) while maintaining maximum accessibility.
Due to the close proximity of the deburrer and other machinery to the main aisle of the manufacturing facility, reduce noise levels as much as possible along the main aisle by individually treating each piece of equipment. Maintain complete uninhibited accessibility for loading and unloading the deburrer.
